  • Acquiring new brands or principles and maintaining existing brands or principles to support business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Create business development and marketing strategies for brands or principles & implementation to grow the business
  • Manage & monitor growth in each channel
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, leveraging data insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities, providing recommendations for innovation and growth.
  • Set KPIs & monitor the performance of the Business Development team members.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in the managerial level as a Business Development, Brand Acquisition or similar field.
  • Must have experience in handling health or pharmacy-related brands or principles
  • Have experience in the e-commerce or enabler industry
  • Excellent communication skills, people management, and project management
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth strategies
