- Conduct counseling sessions & provide other psychological interventions for internal employees
- Manage the administration, database, and reporting related to the counseling session
- Handle several initiatives/projects to raise mental health awareness in the company and collaborate with HR and People Engagement

- Had a Master’s Degree, a certified Psychologist or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Counseling with prior experience as a psychologist or counselor & have practice license from Asosiasi Bimbingan dan Konseling (ABKIN) with a recommendation from Ikatan Konselor Indonesia (IKI)
- Registered as HIMPSI member, have SIPP, and have a good understanding of Kode Etik Psikolog or Kode Etik Konselor
- Had 2-3 years experience as a Psychologist in a Tech Company or Institution
