- Support HR team in developing game-based assessments for recruitment processes, from researching key skills and behaviors to be measured through the assessments, conducting reliability and validity tests to ensure the accuracy of the tools, analyzing pilot test results, and refining assessments as needed
- Collaborate with the Tech team to incorporate psychological principles into the assessment.
- Ensure all assessments meet industry standards for fairness and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on using and interpreting assessment results.

Syarat Pekerjaan
- Min. Master’s degree in Psychology (Industrial-Organizational, Psychometrics, or related field).
- Experience in developing assessments and familiarity with game-based assessment or gamification is a plus
- Knowledge of reliability, validity testing, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R).
- Strong research skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work with teams and communicate complex ideas simply.
- Knowledge of ethical standards in testing and data privacy.
- Willing to work in 3 or 6 months-contract based, and occasionally work from our Bintaro’s office (if needed)
