  • Prepare, analize, and build training program
  • Plan and support the training implementation process
  • Carry out training in accordance with the specified methods and techniques
  • Monitoring the entire training administration process
  • Plan and deliver the results of the annual employee training, and evaluate the training that has been carried out
  • Conduct research on training

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor degree in psychology, education, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Learning and Development position
  • Have skills in Training Need Analysis (TNA)
  • Familiar with various training methods such as workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Have experience in design and running training
