  • Create, and develop growth, business plan, and marketing strategy for every product for Teman Bumil, Teman Parenting, and Gue Sehat, both for B2B and B2C business.
  • Discover new opportunities and partnerships by exploring and analyzing existing data
  • Analyze data from customer feedback as a basis for creating a plan.
  • Analyze post-campaign from all channels with related parties to create the plan and develop/improve inventories
  • Understand customer preferences and be up to date with the trend. Stay ahead of the competition to offer relevant and sharp services that meet the customer’s needs
  • Conducting market analysis and research to increase the number of high-quality users, as well as build their brand equity
  • Improve on existing inventories and services, as well as the processes to execute the inventories (from pitch to invoicing)
  • Developing ideas for merchant campaigns, managing campaign processes and execution.
  • Manage & monitor achievements on other digital channels.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Had minimal 5 or more years of experience in growth marketing or business development, strategic roles, or any similar field, preferable
  • Experienced in Media, agency, digital industry, with great knowledge in Mom & Baby, health, and pharmacies market.
  • Have excellent skills in marketing & digital strategy with strong knowledge in PR and brand building
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and up-to-date with the trends
  • Proficient understanding of SEO, SEM, Social media, Performance Marketing, Programmatic, and customer optimization
  • Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing marketing campaigns
  • Able to think out of the box in conceptualizing ideas; creativity and logical thinking would be key
  • Strong project management, organized person, and strong attention to details
  • Dynamic, self-driven, keen learner with a positive attitude. Strong collaborative and communications traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
