Ops Manager (GoApotik)

Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize the distribution and aggregator services at GoApotik
  • Set up, develop, and implement strategies (Online to Offline) [Eg: Enabler, drop-ship, multiwarehouse, aggregator optimation, etc
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution across distribution channels.
  • Develop and implement an effective Supply Chain Management system to support the enabler model and ensure the SCM system integrates with other operational and business tools for seamless functioning.
  • Manage customer support team in all channels, ensure a smooth customer journey from online engagement to offline delivery, while also monitoring customer feedback and addressing issues promptly to improve satisfaction and increase customer retention
  • Collaborate with product & tech teams to integrate online platforms with backend system
  • Train staff at offline locations on using online platforms and systems effectively and conduct workshops or seminars to promote O2O best practices across the organization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in distribution, and aggregator services are preferred
  • Minimum 5 or more years of experience in operations management, preferably in distribution and supply chain roles.
  • Strong understanding of distribution models (70%) and supply chain management (30%).
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operations monitoring, and system development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using SCM and ERP systems.
